I found some information that may be helpful. It seems the problem may be with razor'sTHX Spatial sound setting. something that some razor headsets have. Once i toggle off the THX Spatial, the sound no longers makes any static noise.

I do not. I have windows 10 running. My computer does not meet the requirements for windows 11.

yes, I was using a razor headset, mouse and keyboard. All of which have the razor synapse running in the background. I believe the synapse had a software update a week or two ago.
