This issue also happens with me. I'm using the version 2.2.8354 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS. The issue also affects the menu to change instalation (at the left of the "Play" button, in the Java Edition page), the menu to edit, delete and duplicate skins and the menu to change language, and I believe every single menu of this type is affected (although these three were the ones I noticed).
