A server just went down with the io.netty error, and now its out COMPLETELY. (java.net.ConnectException)

At least me and another person on our server can't log in because of this. But we can still see things like server description, how many people are online, and the conncetion seems normal]
Yeah.
That kinda thing ALWAYS happens to me. The server I'm specifically talking about once had one player, and it NEVER (not in MONTHS, and STILL isnt off!) NEVVERRR came off. Now theres another player on. Oh boy...
