Same problem, works on other devices, just not the PC, need help please

I'm having the exact thing happen to me, Red screen keeps on flashing when launched. Game works on other computer. Checked for windows update. I uninstalled and reinstalled and launched still flashing red screen. I was on the phone with Microsoft support for over an hour, still stuck with flashing red screen. Can't find the media pack either.
