i have had issues with "end of stream" messages on client side. several versions ago.it primarily happens when my mc client crashes and itry to relog back into the server which is the server inside the client i believe.
creative mode is for designing not survival. its a valid bug not a feature request... sigh..
tbh i cant see how hard it can be to do this. for example an AI should have a vector called moveTo. which holds the coords where it wants to move to. During filling this moveTo vector it should detect hitboxes on its path, if it detects an obstacle it should put moveTo at the obstacle, which would resolve many bugs regarding AI movement. The CPU intensitvity should be OK and can be throttled down by making less moveTo modifications if CPU intensitivity is detected.
no.
This could be easily fixed, use a full block hitbox on movement of animals/mobs. its an easy quick dirty fix that would make many people happy enough.
Most games have optimizations that reduce render times/memory which is not possible in minecraft.. do you have any tool to check vram while running minecraft?
uhm do you have evidence of mc only taking up 400 mb of video memory with 2k textures? seems most unlikely. note RAM is not video memory...
looks like garbage collectors are a pain in the ass 😉
looks like they did this on purpose because the functionality is buggy.
why isnt it assigned yet?
i Guess it would be an easy fix then. file.close()
this could be easily fixed by making a portal block like an air block, unselectable.
the guy of optifine has nothing to say about that this game is not his property and neither is his code his property.
dig one down in a square then put water in the corners so the the water flows into the middle, your animals will get stuck in the water. put a fence around it (one block above the water). they will not escape, plus you can put a hopper in the middle so that you can get the eggs in case of chickens.
Thank you Glenn and Nathan.
i agree with nathan here, the root of the bugs are probably the same but i have not checked the code. and yes the mods can be very thick headed.
i can confirm this , annoying bug and i think easily fixable.
i can confirm this, what i did is use water to trap them into place.
its a feature not a bug.
