Same happens here for me on Windows, items wont move till I restart the game and it happens minutes later again

PS Microsoft hire Markus again and C418, because Lena Raine and Kumi Tanioka suck and the devs don't know what they are doing. (I can probably do better and I only know JavaScript, a web code 😐, actually made a better texture pack, plus I do it again)

I have the same issue, I had Horion to change the time but it won't inject after the new update. I thought it was just me

Just to note, I DON'T nuke realms, I just use it for the UI Features like HUD and Time Changer because RTX is dark at night

Looks to be maybe a texture error? I have personally never ran into this issue before, so its just a guess.
