@Daniel Lu
While it is 'possible' to get the seed "0" randomly, it is statistically impossible(1 in 2^48 without using the birthday paradox). I'm one of the co-founders of Minecraft@Home and I frequently see users claiming to have generated the seed "0" randomly which just doesn't happen. The chunk errors in your screenshots are from updating the world to a newer version, not because it's the seed "0". Everything here is working as intended with the world generation, you just updated it to a newer version/plugins. If I have some time later tonight I can grab the coordinates from the screenshots but I don't think it is necessary since this is not a bug.
I was saying it is statistically impossible because of the entire post. Seed 0 has been talked about for many years and it ranks up there with things like "Herobrine" and other things people use for clickbait. People have been claiming to get seed 0 randomly for years and they claim "Everything is corrupted", "Random things are happening" and a few other things. The chance to get any random seed is the same(2^48 w/o birthday paradox) but the amount of people to claim to have generated seed 0 is higher than it should be. I made my previous comment in case this bug report was about "Seed 0 generated randomly and it caused a second copy of my friend to appear in my game". Looking at the chunks, it appears to be either an upgrade or a seed change that caused this to occur(Changing seed to 0 after chunks have been generated)
