I have the same issue on a Motorola Moto G23 running Android 14. When I start screen recording while playing Minecraft Bedrock, the game stutters regularly, and sometimes the phone restarts or the recording stops. I tested the built-in screen recorder as well as other recording apps, and the problem is the same. Updating the system did not fix the issue.
