Confirmed, having come here to report the bug myself. (v1.6.2, Linux)
"All" includes horses, which makes it rather inconvenient, having to chase them down after dismounting.
I see this regularly... chickens get stuck in corners and chicks seem to get stuck on any fence post.
The chickens won't even leave the corners when shown seeds.
