Does anybody know when 0.13.1 can be expected to be available on Google Play?

Or alternatively where to download the apk for 0.13.1?

Issue has also be been seen on the following devices:

• Asus 7 fhd (Android 4.2.2) - Incremental update of MCPE

• OnePlus X (Android 5.1.1) - clean install - Never had MCPE before

After update to version 0.13.2 from Google Play, Minecraft exits immediately without starting.
