I'm not sure if I can make it happen again, since I restarted my computer and fixed the issue. But if it happens again, I'll post about it.

I've tried everything I can. I've turned the sound off if it was a sound problem, I've turned the FOV down, I've turned all my skin overlays off, I've even turned the snooper setting off. Nothing. No matter what I do, it will always lag.

I tried it for a full 60 seconds, still nothing.

It's just too laggy for keypresses.

I'm not on either, it's a Dell Latitude Laptop, but I will try the notebook thing.

I tried Holding F3 and C and couldn't get it to work, even though it was 10 seconds.
