I am having the same issue. I have noticed, tho, that it hangs after I have installed another game. 100% by download... Im fairly certain by disk install too.
Is this the same as everyone else?

So, I have realized on my system the only time I get the lag screen is after I have installed/downloaded a new game. The rest of the time its fine? The ONLY fix seems to be uninstall/reinstall. Holding r1 l1 r2 options touchpad doeant work here.
