It's D-0100 usually I'm not sure about C-0100 cuz mine isn't running too and multiplayer not working as well
It fixes itself temporarily when you play solo survival or creative for a long period of time but when you fully close the app it'll start bugging again so it's not totally fixed yet.

Same issue here and they're not paying attention to it at all, been happening from 4 days

They said it's being resolved didn't say it's solved yet so there's still time for it to be fixed yet I hope they do it soon
