Hi, this is most likely because your in the Minecraft Beta. I was in it before and it glitches all the time. Bugs like these are automatically detected and sent to Minecraft/Xbox. ( If you opted in for sending error codes to (developers.) 

I agree everytme I open a world I get this! "The software was closed because an error occurred"
