I have been having this same issue for since about 3 weeks prior to the Mounts of Mayhem launch. The time would be random and it would occur on both PC and Xbox. We would lose anywhere from a few moments to hours of gameplay. This needs to be resolved as no one wants to continue to pay for a platform that is unusable and unplayable.
