I had this with a Hoglin, an invisible one was attacking me and the mob itself was around the corner from me, frozen in place but when I hit it a few times and killed it, the invisible one died too.

Yes, I'm seeing this too and also some villagers "flying" whilst sleeping - see this video for more examples.

I'm seeing this too, they can't all path find to their assigned beds and just stand outside the house in the closest block to it.

Only for some villagers, it seems, not all.
