Same problem, this issue is also present in 1.19.1
Confirmed in 1.16.5
I have the same issue. Even after resetting the save data and creating a new one didn't resolve the issue. Changing, deleting and adding scoreboards will not save. Also when using '/save-all' and then restarting didn't work.
Just adding some information about the things I've tried. And letting people know you are not alone on this. Hope this will be fixed soon! :3

I don't know why this was changed.. Because it was so simple to use and look back if there was something wrong. But I am SO glad it works now!

I know, and I'm sorry. But it worked in snapshot 17w14a.. I can't get it to work.. even tho it did. In the patch and update notes it says nothing about it so I am pretty sure it is a bugg.

I looked at that page but relogging didn't fix it. Also if someone reconnects after this error everything works fine...
So I was wondering if this counted as a different error?
Make sure to add "is_waxed:1b" at the end, this will keep you from opening/editing the sign but will execute the commands
