I think you need to have an x64 computer is not going to work in a 32 bits
Usually, I get this error when connecting from my iPhone, what I do is close the app and open it again, it doesn't have anything to do with the server
you need to install libcurl3 sudo apt-get install libcurl3
not a server bug, this is more of a device issue, what i do and it works for me is closing the app fully and opening it again...
