For this bug to be a dup of the resolved issue: MC-32671, I would expect the 'fix' given in MC-32671 to work. I have stopped and restarted minecraft no less that 10 times and the issue has not gone away.
Kindly remove the status 'Resolved' and the dup to MC-32671.
