Does the launcher show any specific error message when it says you're offline? Also, can you access Minecraft services and other websites normally through the same Wi-Fi connection?

Do you mean this also happens with only official packs enabled, or only with custom resource packs/addons? If possible, could you test it without any addons active? It might also help to know if other mobs are affected or only rabbits.
