Alright. Any idea of what it might be? It's pretty consistent, but I don't have any firewalls up or anythign that would make Minecraft have trouble communicating with twitch. But if it's not your job to answer that, that's alright. Thanks anyway, man.
They may be, but he was getting a different message in the game than I am. His said he needs to be online. Mine says it can't authorize to twitch. The fix someone suggested doesn't work. I posted on that page too, just in case.
This is still a concern. I am getting the same error in the dev console, but with a different message in the game: Unable to authenticate to Twitch. Please try again later.
That fix didn't work for me either.
I'd like to request a reopen.
That's not my issue at all. I'm getting a 'Cannot authorize to twitch.tv', not that i need to be online.
I looked at https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MC-40751 and I'm not getting any conflict issues. There's no firewall up or anything to block communication with Twitch.tv.
Also none of the fixes in here worked. Don't have a firewall up, unbinding and rebinding my twitch account did nothing.
