Happening here as well. The world has not touched 15w31a as it was restored.
It is only happening to some players (which is me) but not all as some can connect.
From what I've found out so far, the issue is this:
This happens when a sign is within loading distance of the player. They will be kicked. If they are not within range of a sign, they don't get kicked.
Getting this too.
Single player signs are placeable.
Reproducible on servers:
If you go onto a server and place a sign or a sign is within loading range, you will be kicked from the server. with that error
World loaded straight from 1.8.8 still fails in 15w31b.
I've resolved this by removing all signs in the area and the problem is gone.
This issue is still relating to signs.
