I didn't bother commenting, since I don't play anymore but my problem was because of Synergy. Note removing Synergy wasn't an option for me. So all I did was click "Screen Lock" on the keyboard on the monitor that Minecraft was on. My mouse was then stuck on that monitor, but the spinning stopped 🙂
