The villagers I am speaking of are in a village i have manually created in survival with a bell, beds, and their indivdual workstations. Cats occasionally spawn, no Iron Golems yet.
In 20w21a, i had normal frames (40-60), but in the latest, it dropped to only four frames and was almost unplayable. The resolution shouldnt be an addon pack, but a change to the change in 22a.
