That's a datapack that I coded for myself. If I change the pack_format in pack.mcmeta to 22, the Datapack works in Minecraft 1.20.4, so that it seems to has the right syntax. If I try to run "/datapack enable mc_utils_1-21" it says that that Datapack is already active.
