Still happening in 1.19.22, really annoying when fighting the ender dragon... Hope this gets fixed soon.
This happened once when I was playing my my realm. I tried doing /weather clear and changing the weather but nothing worked. The way I fixed this was rejoining the realm, I dont know how it happened but im guessing its really rare.
