Would it be possible to have an answer for that? We've tried the chat, and the form in the web site, but they both send us here. However it seems that the issue handling is very hazardous here. Can we have at least a expected delay for the answer?
I have the same problem. With the 1.2.3 update, my world in the realms W10 is back to the state it was one week ago. Everything I've patiently build is gone.
