This is still an issue as of the 1.17.1 update for at least the Bedrock Switch version. 9/10 times, I open Minecraft and the character I've created is defaulted back to the Steve or Alex skin with no way to get it back other than remaking it by hand. This happens everytime the Switch is moved to the home screen or disconnects from the internet.
This is for 1.17.1 on the Switch, but I also noticed it before the hotfix. No realm, just a standard, lone Creative world.
I'm in the middle of making a pretty sizable zoo build, and have had mobs, all of them named, despawn multiple times. It's frustrating that whenever I reload my file to continue building, a good chunk of my mobs randomly disappear. There are three max in each habitat except for the pandas and parrots. It's Creative, so it's not as large of an offense, but it's still a constant that I hope gets patched out.
Have the same issue on Switch, after I loaded into my world after updating to 1.19.20.
All llamas are a mishmash of textureless colors and all horses are completely black.
Tropical fish are also a single solid color with visible eyes.
Edit: Also have the jobless villager issue. For example, one is a butcher and one is a librarian, and while they do still have their jobs, their outfits do not reflect this.
