I have made conclusion: It only happens on multiplayer servers or LAN worlds, and 1.16.5 and older works fine. (try optifine I guess?)

Actually 1.20.4 works 

I am also getting this error.

Using any version before 1.17 works fine.

ChromeOS with da Linux container on ASUS Chromebook plus cx34. 

you can click Back to server list by resizing window to regular but flip 90 degrees. I got this error too
