Its not the texture pack, I disabled it and its still turning the lights pink. And also, the texture pack only modifies item and block textures. Not lighting.

Thanks for the info. My Computer Can't Launch 1.17.1 Because (You know, the game is crazy).
Therefore I play 1.8 so my computer doesn't burn my house down. Btw, Every version I select Has this issue
