The bug only occurs in the realm and with mods, without mods this does not happen. I would appreciate it if you could please provide a solution as it is annoying when playing. Thank you so much

Hello! The bug only occurs in the Realm. The number of players connected does not matter and it even happens without the mods. Thank you very much for the help!!
