((RESOLVED NOW)). IT IS THE DIGITAL VERSION FROM THE PLAYSTATION STORE THAT IS BUGGED. DISC VERSION WORKS FINE.

It looks similar. Mine happens every time though.. Ive even deleted my whole ps4 system now and reinstalled everything again and still does it. Its annoying but im starting to think my ps doesnt like minecraft now. Sounds silly but all my other games are fine, apart from minecraft.

I have tried that but it still happens. Load up and its okay for about a minute then it happens. Its always tall grass and yellow flowers, and quite a few different blocks.
