I'm also having this issue with a realm I'm paying for on xbox one. two out of four horses with saddles, and all but one cow that was bred were gone after sleeping in game. later, most of the sheep had vanished while I was in another part of the world(not far at all) fishing and killing mobs. All of these animals were in pens, and nowhere to be found nearby.
