it snows every where, doesnt matter how far you travel, it snows everywhere
The problem is: if it rains, there is snow. not rain. try it your self than you will see what the problem is.
i did some tests and the problem seems to be in the update, cause in 1.7.4 and 1.7.2 it can only snow but in 1.6.4 it can only rain. so the problem seems to be in the update!
didnt solve my problem. i trired a nother pc, but it hase the same porblem, if you go in creative mode, and you change the weather to rain, it will snow, but it doesnt matter how far you travel cause it snows everywhere, that is the big issue i have.

i cant, fixed the problem by setting the version down from 1.7.4 to 1.6.4. removed the snow wich lay on the ground with MCedit.
