Have also experienced this glitch repeatably on a Realm, with both Xbox and IOS users having the same glitch against them. As well, it happened with a creeper one-shotting a fully-diamond-armoured player and his 15-heart horse which wasn't also wearing diamond armour. Really annoying, especially as we are unable to advance through the game and acquire Blaze rods due to this bug.
