This is still definitely not resolved, and I came here just for this. It's been happening for years. Windows 10, current version.
The bottom of the screen appears in fullscreen mode but occasionally when the mouse finds itself down at the bottom and you click the left mouse button, it brings up the taskbar despite taskbar settings being correct as well as being in true fullscreen. This has been a nuissance for years. Please ACTUALLY fix it, as I looked it up and lots of people have the same issue on other sites and people who have no idea what they're talking about are trying to help them, saying things like maybe your minecraft is incompatible with Windows? It's literally windows 10 edition that has this problem, Microsoft owns Mojang so surely they can get this fixed together
