I also have this issue in my realm.  I play on xbox one.  This has been an issue for me since bees were launched.  I have two corner hives that never fill with honey, and bees float around as if they can't find a place to go when the other hives are full.  Again, this has been an issue since they were launched.  I only checked the tracker now because my beehives are all backwards-textured now, and I wondered if this bug was ever reported.

Strange that no one has taken ownership of this yet because the hotfix didn't do anything to correct this (what I consider) major issue.  I also noticed the very few kelp that are growing at all are growing to at least three blocks higher than they did previously.

Agreed.  Standing directly next to a torch on different sides of it can make entities appear to be in darkness or light, with no rhyme or reason.  This was a bug before the most recent update as well.
