like it happens to all custom servers
i don't know if this is a pocket mine thing or not or maybe a pluggin but i do know, when i create a custom server , the cape doesn't appear
hey had to make a new account because i forgot old one, it still happening right now in the current verisons
also being i lost my old account i can't add it, all you gotta know its still happening in 1.16.221. i can make a new forum if you wish about this bug
