I don't have any resource packs on as shown in the video. I also have perfect wired connection to the Internet, as shown on the Windows taskbar in the screenshot.

You have to change your Microsoft Account settings. Go to Xbox.com to change your account setting in privacy settings in Xbox Social. I actually have the same problem, except it's not a problem, and I'm on Minecraft for Windows 10😉. You can also visit aka.ms/accountsettings to view an article on this.
