Thanks, but unfortunatelly it didn't help, I've already checked using different ISPs.
I've tried 30/10Mbps @home, 200/200Mbps @work, LTE, etc... nothing has changed. It is probably Xbox Live account bug 😞

Reproduced on Android & Windows 10 and unfortunatelly affects also the newest version - 1.2.9.
