Same issue .i have use my wifi and it will stuck at loading screen

You need to download sound file from marketplace 

The sound come from cave .maybe your house under cave

I have same issue like you.mostly i using celular data before access my realms. it will appear should play useing wifi .If I change to my wifi the loading screen will take a few sec and appear text unable to connect
