I get this issue as well. Windows 10 Bedrock Edition free edition 1.16.210 and game ups and crashes as soon as I put my computer to sleep or as soon as my computer goes to sleep.
I'm glad I'm not the only one having the issues in the MCPE edition of Minecraft. My sheep have despawned in a fenced in area within my house 1 cow disappeared or despawned from the same area and two chickens as well as one pig have also despawned. I only had two of each of those animals anyways. 1.16.210 on Windows 10 is where it's mostly happening for me. And I'm playing solo.

The only time my inventory disappeared is when my game crashed yesterday night when I went to bed I had cooked cod and salmon in my inventory. Windows 10 Edition aka Bedrock Edition 1.16.210. I'm not sure any pictures will help with this though.
