This primarily happened to me in local Multiplayer (Splitscreen Xbox One S)

This has started happening to me in the last couple of days (Xbox One S), however even landing doesn't guarantee that the rockets will be usable again, the bug seems intermittent and random as I can't find a particular set of circumstances that causes the problem.
