I noticed similar issues with this map. I was planning on using this map for a survival map as it has cars and you can race your friends however there are a few broken thigs preventing this.
trees, crops, grass and vegetation not growing when placed down. After chopping down trees and collecting the saplings or collecting seeds and planting them they do not grow.
While exploring the outskirts of the city I found several villagers stuck 1 block below the ground which made them stuck in place. The Villagers do offer some trades that give money and would be nice if there was a village close by to trade with instead of seeing the villagers stuck in the ground.
Car Sales men sell other items besides cars and some of the cars do not spawn if purchased. I bought a car spawn egg from the car salesman but did not get the car. I click with the egg to spawn the car and saw the arrows pointing down like something was going to spawn but never got the car I paid for
Some of the cars can't be upgraded and there is no indication pointing that out until you attempt to upgrade the car and end up in the driver seat. Would be nice to have a map, list or indicator on the car's name showing if the car can be upgraded.
I have tested this map on Android and Windows 10 Version. both had the same issues.
