I am having this issue also after the newest update. 1 player or 2 player split screen. I can break one dirt block and itll disappear for 2 to 3 seconds then drop the block but it still takes 4 to 5 seconds to pick up the block. The villagers freeze randomly. The rubber banding issue is severe on my playstation.
