I also have the same issue.
Windows 10 Edition
Started with v 14.1 - get Mojang logo and crash but when I run it again it worked fine.
Now since upgraded to v15.0 crashes all the time at Mojang logo.
Steps tried to resolve:
Uninstall the app, rebooted, reinstalled from MS Store - did not fix
Deleted the options.txt under user account - no fix
Updated Nvidia graphics driver - no fix
Log in under another user - app works fine
No special characters in username or user folder
Also run Minecraft java edition v1.10 - this works fine under the same user.
But need Windows 10 edition for user to play with friends.
Please advise!!
Unsure of the exact issue, but by removing the user account completely from Windows 10, restart and adding back resolved it.
Am able to play v15.0 now.
