First of all, check a hosts file.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

This file shouldn't contain any strings with *.mojang.com

Maybe this can help you understand the errors described above and systematize further actions. After all, if the error is not on the users' machines, the user will not be able to find a solution to it.
