Is it confirmed that education edition features aren't supposed to work on BDS?  I was hoping to use the fly-but-not-creative feature.

Please disregard.  An older version of Kelly's pack works great and the NVIDIA maps work great.  I can't reproduce on all RTX packs, just the one so I don't think it is a Minecraft issue.

Kelly's RTX resource pack was used for testing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set your skin as a character creator skin

2. Join a world without a RTX texture pack

3. Skin shows up as expected

4. Quit and enable a RTX resource pack

5. Re-join world

6. Skin shows up as Steve

7. Quit and remove RTX resource pack

8. Re-join world

9. Skin shows up as character creator skin

Observed Results:{*}*

Adding a RTX resource pack makes all skins into Steve.

Expected Results:

Character creator skins function in a world with an RTX resource pack.

Can confirm this issue on dedicated server 1.14.  An entire line of chests in a chunk are invisible but still have a hit box, breaking them drops the chest but not the contents.  Item frames have their item disappear and cannot have an item added until replaced.  Piston heads disappear and just have the base.  Weirdly enough mob spawners also lose their spinning mob and stop working.

Same issue on bedrock 1.13 realm.

Same issue on 1.13 bedrock realms.  Downloading the world from the realm and the behaviors work fine, uploading the working world to the realms disables behaviors.  Disabling and re-enabling the behavior pack doesn't fix the issue.
