Ok, for clarity, 1 this was actually meant to go for the PC java version, of minecraft, 2nd, i was able to fix it by telling my Nividia graphics card to leave it alone and just have my intel graphics card run it.
Im having the same exact problem, i dont even have a texture pack on.
