The Minecraft Dungeons II announcement has been removed from Minecraft Bedrock. The Mojang support team can now close this as resolved.

Mojang replaced the Minecraft Dungeons II announcement with the new online server; to test it you need to be offline (no Wi-Fi).

I would like to update this report based on new findings. Another player has confirmed experiencing this exact same issue on Windows today.Since this bug occurs identically on both Android and Windows, it is highly likely a core gameplay/engine issue that affects all Bedrock platforms (including iOS, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch).Please consider updating the "Affected Platforms" field to reflect that this is a cross-platform Bedrock issue, not isolated to mobile devices. This bug was not caused by any resource or behavior packs. I reproduced and reported this issue on a completely vanilla client with no packs active.”
